Overview
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Apple App Store for Cleaner Kiwi: Clean Storage. As our app is distributed through the App Store, refund requests are processed according to Apple's policies.
Free App Features
Cleaner Kiwi offers many features for free. The basic Wi-Fi speed test and storage analysis features are available at no cost. No refund is applicable for free features.
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
If you have made an in-app purchase or subscribed to premium features, refund requests must be submitted through Apple:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select the purchase you want to request a refund for
- Follow the prompts to submit your request
Subscription Cancellation
To cancel a subscription:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Cleaner Kiwi subscription
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until then.
Refund Eligibility
Apple generally considers refunds for:
- Accidental purchases
- Unauthorized purchases
- Technical issues preventing app use
- App not functioning as described
Refund Timeline
Refund requests are reviewed by Apple, typically within 48 hours. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
